Boost gauge question

Where are you guys teeing in your boost hoses?

2005 Lariat CCSB 4x4 6.0h crap what did we break
K&N FIPK, Straight Exhaust w/6" tip, SCT w/IDP tunes, High Idle Mod,Zoodad
Next: EGR Delete

That's what I did too. I think most people use that. Drill and tap yes.

Four 8mm bolts and a clamp. Hardest thing is getting that I/c pipe on and off. Be carefull when you put everything back together. It's aluminum.

Yup. That's it. Cast aluminum elbow right on the front. Watch the fan shroud, it'll cut your knuckles. Don't be affaid to get ugly with the I/C pipe going back on. It can be a PITA.

if you are going to tap it you might as well do it on the underside of the elbow. looks alot cleaner

Yep, and be careful threading in your adapters, because it is cast and can crack.
