exhaust question

New to the trucking world (1st truck ever!) so excuse my noobiness. I woul like to put exhaust on my truck, so far the only thing I've done to it is the sct tuner with Eric's tune. I'm on a really tight budget so the less I pay the better my bank account feel! I was looking at this system what you guys think? for 260$ it's really appealing, but I don't know jack shoot about those system, been 2 weeks I have my truck and been reading so much my brain feel like jello Any help/advice would be really appreciate. Thx in advance

Re: exhaust question

Just about any 4" mandrel bent exhaust will be ok. For $260 make sure it comes w/ a 4" down pipe, but it may not come w/ a muffler or exhaust tip.

Re: exhaust question

I would try dealing with one of the vendors on this site. I think it would be kind of like a, I scratch your back and you'll scratch my back, thing. I'm not a vendor on this site, but understand alot of the really good info comes from these guys, so I support them when I can. Just my 2 cents.

Re: exhaust question

Adam at FCDP. I got the same exhaust you are looking at from him for $260 shipped. I love it!

Re: exhaust question

hell if i was on a budget i would cut out the cat and muffler and buy a piece of 3" pipe and some clamps granted its gonna sound like a popin gaser but the flow is there for a stock turbo i ran that for about six months and it ligheted my egts by a 100 or so

X2 for Adam @ FCDP. His service is top notch. Seems like I've had him on speed dial here lately. His SN is Abrannan19 on here. Shoot him a PM. He'll hook you up with what you need.

Re: exhaust question

FCDP, Innovative, are good ones. I would try and give Deranged a shot. Dapilot is just starting up. He has helped me the most with my questions and has hit the nail on the head most of the time.

I think it all depends on shipping cost and who ever may be the closest if you can't get free shipping.
