FASS pressure problem?

so my FASS has been loosing pressure over the past few months..... it was down to 50 psi at idle.... dipping to 48 at wot. I called FASS,and they told me to shim the spring at the return fitting... so when I removed the fitting to find the ball was kinda pulled up into to spring a little bit...... I turned the ball so it rode on top of the spring....... I shimmed the back of the spring with a 5/8th inch washer, and I now have 68 psi steady, it will dip sometimes to 65 but it stays up there pretty good now.... just thought I would pass it along just in case anyone else is having the same issue.
