rebuilding my 6.0

getting ready to start putting this thing back together, after having the block decked and the pistons shaved and coated. this will be my first time putting a 6.0 together other then doing the head gaskets last time, any tips/tricks i should know putting the bottem end together . also i read that ARP wants us to only go to 210 lbs on the studs now, is this what you all are doing or are u still using 245 lbs? i have the new lube by the way. any advice to save me trouble would be great! thanks in advance....

99 ford superduty started its life with a 5.4 triton, now its got a 05 6.0 powerstroke in it , BD thruster turbo, RCD 175 cc injectors, ARP studs, black onyx gaskets inovative tunes. homade egr delete. homade RR fuel system fass 150 pump, suncoast trans kit ran 13.4 fuel only
