Adding in the cross over line

SO pretty much I'm going to keep my truck stock...Injector wise... but I'm going to add an airdog system to it because I run biodiesel and they allow me to use a normal spin on style filter that is far superior to my stock one for said fuel. My question is... would adding the cross over line be a worth while investment?? My cab is staying on and I can only invision what a severe pain in the ass this may be.

It wouldn't hurt, but I've heard from more than a few 6.0 gurus it's kind of a waste of time. Even though the 6.0 is a dead-head design, the rails in the head run past the injectors... I think it's a waste of time personally, BUT it certainly wouldn't hurt anything if you did it.

Black smoke don't mean it's broke... it means your tuning sucks!
