Need help

I just installed a 4 inch mbrp straight pipe exhaust on my 06 and once it get warm and i get on it a bit i an getting whites blue smoke from it it is not using coolant or oil i was wondering if it was that oil that they put on the exhaust would like some input on what else it could be thanks

change ur oil, put 5w40 valvoline extreme blue in it or 10w30 mystic lt8 synthetic, mine used to do the same crap, after switching to a lighter weight oil it quit smoking and runs much better

it has 5w 30 in it right now you think i should switch to 5w 40

Put some miles on it and let it burn the oil out of the pipes. Sometimes there's a lot in there...they use it for the mandrel bending.

Spending money I don't have on crap I don't need to impress people I don't know.

ok thats what i thought i am going to hook up to our camper so i get some weight to get the temp a bit higher to try and burn it thanks
