banjo bolts

Well been looking for something cheep to do on the truck so I decided to replace the banjo bolts to the heads. With all the stuff inside it's a wonder they flow any fuel at all! I removed all the stuff inside, drilled the hole to like a 19/32 and chamfered the side holes. Installing the passenger side was a breeze. The drivers side was a PITA, had to remove the air filter assembly and several other parts. Reinstalled, no leaks everythings good.

Use the Macro function on your camera when you take pictures that close, that way it can actually focus.

Re: banjo bolts

Whats the benefit of this, other than what it should do? Does it actually help maintain pressure with the factory set up or is this more geared to a better pump?

Re: banjo bolts

I will try that with the camera. Sorry that was a 9/32 drill bit I used.
