Aftermarket heads

Anyone know where I could get some good quality 6.0 heads instead of having my stock ones shaved and what all can I do to make sure the factory heads last iv done egr delete, 4in exhaust, intercooler pipes, blue spring fuel kit, blow by delete and I'm rungs a super chips tunner

I know with the aluminum heads I was told built per order.

2002 F250 7.3/auto
2003 F350 DRW 6.0/auto
