In all honesty, yank the heads and spend the money. Have yours worked and valves/seats done. Strong advice, o-ring them and use the latest felpro gasket with studs. Do it once. Get a friend who drinks beer and set him with a cooler and file to just go over the deck of the block for about an hour.
