Head studs

Can you install head studs with out having the heads decked

yes but not getting heads flat is more of a leading cause of head gasket failures than the TTY bolts IMO

Yeah you can but you will have to do head gaskets again.

01 f-250, Standard
Rev tech 4" lift, 37" military wrangler Mt tires
KC diy 66, Full force 160/100 and custom tunes from PHP
Banks intercooler and full 4" exhaust, Diy S&B intake
Diy quad feed, Hydra, Isspro boost, pyro, and fuel pressure
3/0 battery cables with military style terminals

And what causes the heads to lift and with doing 6.4 pushrods and the headstuds help the factory heads last and I also already did the exhaust the intake and the egr delete blue spring fuel kit intercooler pipes and I'm just running a super chips tunner

In all honesty, yank the heads and spend the money. Have yours worked and valves/seats done. Strong advice, o-ring them and use the latest felpro gasket with studs. Do it once. Get a friend who drinks beer and set him with a cooler and file to just go over the deck of the block for about an hour.

i would never let some yahoo and a cooler full of beer any where any of my vehicles, especially near an engine with a file in his hand.
