Sinister egr block off plate

I just bought my truck. "04 f250"
I have virtually no info on it, it has a sinister egr block off plate on it. Has remnants of a wiring harness that seems like it used to go to a tuner or scan tool. I'm trying to figure out what all has been done to it. Any pointers on where to start looking?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Honestly you will just have to look at everything closely. Where it comes from, where it goes, etc.
Could then maybe take some pics of stuff in question.

Re: Sinister egr block off plate

I too have an 04 f250. Didn't know I had an egr and egr cooler delete until two weeks getting it. I took pics of everything, looked everything up, and little by little started piecing everything together. Your better off doing that than asking here because the responses will be slower than what you could find out on your own online.

Oh and if course what helps me the most is working on it.

Exactly what was said above. Follow thos wires and remove them at the source. Its always best to start at ground zero and build from there.
