6.0 into a 94 2wd sb

Doin a 6.0 swap into my shorty. Anyone tried this? I read the article on the 2 Broncos but wasn't much info pertaining to the challenges.
I have an 04 donor truck that I'm pulling everything from.
A buddy did the 7.3 into his 2wd bronco and I'm not a Cummins guy. Just curious to see if anyones tried this.

The 6.0 should fit in just fine; its a little heavier than the 7.3 (by around 120 lbs or so) but a bit tighter of a package, so you shouldn't have many fitment issues there. I would just be interested in the crossmember and how much modification you would have to do to the engine mounts. Ill be looking forward to the progress!

Shoulda bought a Cummins.

Well see how everything fits at mock up n decide whether to mod the crossmember or fab a new one. Gonna rob the one out of the 04 just in case.
