6.0 oil running from exhaust

I have an 06 6.0
I ran 5 straight pipe out and put the kc turbo 10 blade in the turbo. I was leaking oil and blowing smoke out the exhaust so i took the turbo apart again and did a 360 rebuild. Now i have no smoking issues but oil is pouring pretty good out of my exhaust. What could be causing this? I replaced all the seals and orings when i built it

Turbo seals were installed incorrectly or something else went wrong with rebuild.

Ok i am a novice to diesel work. How should i install the seals exactly. I just sat the ring in the groove. Do they need to be oriented a certain way?
