GET Coolant Hose Replacement - Leaks Worse

I just changed the old EGR tube on my 2004 6.0. I'm not sure if I did it incorrectly, thought I followed a commonly found write up to the t, so I thought. it now leaks out any coolant I add, did I attach the tube improperly? I twisted the tube so the double line sits in the proper position. Any help would be monumental. Thanks.

Re: GET Coolant Hose Replacement - Leaks Worse

I'm not sure I this an EGR delete? Where is it leaking from? I've done three EGR deletes and two of them leaked. I had to use some black RTV on the metal tube to hose junction to get em to seal, even after using two clamps.
