6 speed manual, how much HP will it hold?

Like the title says, my buddy has a manual 06 F250. It's an extended cab short bed, so relatively light truck. It's getting headstuds and EGR delete done right now, he's been running his SCT with Erics street tune. Will it hold up to the xtreme tunes without slipping? At what point should someone with a manual start looking at a southbend clutch or something? I'm 95% sure he wont be doing any sled pulls or drag racing, just a street queen.

Black smoke don't mean it's broke... it means your tuning sucks!
