what rebuild bearings

I'm building a new motor for my 250 and was wondering about bearings (rods, mains, cam). Should I stick with ford parts or are aftermarket ok? More importantly, are there any brands I should stay away from. Thanks

I believe Mahle is OEM, I know it is for the pistons.
