6.0 Turbo upgrade

well unfornetetly I am in need of a Turbo. I have talked to Trusted and II. I was wondering what everyones opinion is on these two turbos. I am not looking for something to extreme. Just one to get the truck up and running correctly. My stocker ate itself alive. Trusted quoted me 2495 and Innovaitive diesels II stage 1 hybrid is in my price range but I would like some input on the two.

Innovative FICM
egr delete
headstuds
k/n intake
Garret Stage 1
Banks IC
Ceramic coated exhaust manifolds and Y pipe
4 inch lift on 35 Toyo mud terrains
4" straight pipe
Triple pod Autometer gauges Ultra liteII boost,egt,and fuel pressure
BTS Billet transmission

What size charger did Trusted spec out for your application? I see you run (Elite?) 185cc injectors. The II stage 1 is just a compressor wheel/housing upgrade IIRC. If I were in your shoes I'd spend the extra money to make sure you get a charger thats going to clean up all that fuel.

The 185cc injectors are no longer in the truck. I have been having some issues with getting my truck tuned right so I removed them and installed a new set of remans. I am tired of getting pulled over for pollution. Trusted didnt give me a spicific size, he stated to me that all of there currenet turbo chargers are $2495 plus shipping and insurance
(usually around $36 to $45 depending on where you live). Unfortunetly my price range is only around the II stage 1 because i am buying a house and all the money is getting tied up in that. Have to have priorities but the truck still has to run. but i wasnt sure if I should try and squeeze the extra money out and get the II stage 2 or get one from trusted.

With the stock sticks back in there then the Stage 1 might be your best bet. I've got a buddy who has the same set up, maybe he will chime in sooner or later.

I have heard that Elite Diesel has a good VGT-SS turbo.

Andy 2007 4X4 F350,6.0 PSD, Lariat, CC, DRW, 9' Knapheide body, stainless steel ladder rack, SCT with custom tunes, Banks turbo back, ARP's, ITP RR, Airdog II, Powermax with Billet Wheel, Firestone air bags, Autometer gauges( pyro,fuel pres,water temp,boost,trans temp), CCV mod.

I do not care to buy from Elite. It is my own reasons, I dont want to make this a rant on them. I would like info on the companies that I stated.

If you're going to stay with stock injectors and your worried about smoke causing you tickets out in CA, then either get the II stage 1 or a reman'd stocker. Hard to beat the spool up of a stock vgt. Quick spool = less smoke off the line.

I hear that I am sure I am going to go with the II stage 1. I geuss it is just an upgraded stock turbo. Hopefully more reliable.
