Well there are many people running 190s with stock turbos. Not sure how long they last though.

I'd say a 155 would be a good bump in performance while still being able to tow.

155s would be the way to go. I had my 190s put in a month ago and now the viens are sticking on my stock 06 turbo. I wouldnt go any bigger than 190s, 155s are a better bet if you have no turbo upgrades planned in the near future. with good tuning those can still get alot of fuel...

it also depends whos injectors, it seems that nozzel size plays a role in how much they can be tuned down. i would look in the 155-180 area

4x4freak makes a point. I was looking on Cobbsdieselperformance an his 185 CC Injectors clam 90 Hp but does not show if it has a warranty. Does any one have these does it come with a warranty ? samW you got you injectors from river city diesel correct did you get a warranty ? Have you have any problems with them. Cause I have been looking into RCD for a while but if Cobbsdieselperformane has 185CC 90Hp then I might just go with RCD 175 CC any one see a problem with that set up ?

I got them from FCDP, but they are river city diesel injectors. I have been happy with them so far. A little much fuel for the stock turbo but they are good injectors. I only got the 90 day warrenty and I figured that with the amount that I have been driving lately I would hopefully find any issues within that time. 175s would be a good fit for the stock turbo. The 185s are elite injectors, or at least they are the only ones I can think of that make 185s.

I've run 180's with a stock turbo and didn't have any problems, as long as you don't try to tow much and get the egt's up.

Well the bigger question is, what programmer are you using, they dont make chips for the 6.0

You will definitely need custom tunes for this.

Most who run 190s on stock turbo, use the 03 stock turbo too.

Black smoke don't mean it's broke... it means your tuning sucks!
