intercooler help

I got a customer with a 2003 6.0 and he has blown his intercooler, and he wants to upgrade. i was wondering what a good intercoler at decent price would be? any help would be great, thanks...

get a banks intercooler best option for the 6.0 but they are 1200 bucks

Decent price and intercooler IMO do not belong in the same sentence. I got a Banks (no tubes/elbow/boots) off ebay but ended up spending an additional $400 or so on the stuff that didn't come with it. Ended up spending about 850-900, still cheaper than $1200 though, happy hunting.

Banks has the best bang for buck. For the price of the Banks unit, you can get the Spearco unit bare, no tubes, no boots, nothing but the intercooler.

I have a City Diesel Cool Twist, cost about $1100. If you break it, they'll replace it, as long as you tell them how you did it.
