Any EGR deletes that "look stock"

I'm planning on doing an EGR delete very soon but im from Cali (a bunch of tree-huggers). I was wondering if there is a "stock looking" EGR delete kit because i know there is gonna be inspections for diesels in the near future. If not, how obvious is it if you have an EGR delete? Ive read good things about FCDP's kit, but worried about smog. Thanks.

07, x3 with innovatives xtreme street tune (with insight), banks innercooler with power elbow, 5" straight pipe (no cat or muff), and an AFE stage 2 intake. im on 38's too

P.S.= I still have all the stock parts including exhaust ^ Ha.

I recomend the FCDP kit. thats what ive had in my truck for a while now. I bet if you talk to Adam they could make you a kit with a plate over the EGR valve instead of welding it shut so you could swap the plate easily for the EGR valve for inspections.

Adam will make the manifold with the housing still on the intake so you can keep the sensor pluged in and not throw a code. I have already asked him about that lol.

Re: Any EGR deletes that "look stock"

Thanks guys! Yes we can do an intake with the EGR valve hole left open so you can install the valve and just by popping the hood you wouldn't know it wasn't stock. I have a few kits in CA just like that.

Welding the EGR-up-pipe and using the SCT to remove the EGR function will work quite well. The EGR cooler remains in place for viusual inspection (if they know what to look for) as does all the other parts of the EGR system but they aren't functioning.

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

You dig.
