Towing is pretty much out of the question with 205's and a single turbo

155s and a 62 turbo and fuel system, 500 horses and still be able to tow

185s will provide plenty of fuel for everyday use. 205s will run hot and smokey even if turned down for a stock turbo. you can forget about towing with anything bigger than 190s and a single turbo. theres a video of a truck on here somewhere from canadianredneck with 205s and he has a 62/70 and an s475 iirc and that cleaned them up nicely. like they said above, if you want a dd that can still tow go 155s, if you want a dd and big towing isnt an issue then go with 190s or smaller.

like everybody said stick with 155s or 185s i personally would get the 185s by the way your describing the truck use.
