sct extreme/coolant issues

some one tell me why everytime i run extreme file, coolant pukes outa my overflow tank. i datalog my ect and temps a 190- 200 degrees. but the slightest punch of the throtle it pops....to much coolant? i dont get it

where is the coolant on the MAX/MIN lines?

You are lifting your heads. Stretching the head bolts. Hold off on the ext tune till you get head studs. You may need to take the heads off and have them checked and put new HG's in to clean up the problem.

Who's extreme race file are you using, some trucks don't agree with some files. My wifes 06 6leaker ran innovatives ext race for 40 000 miles trouble free, where a buddy's truck puked everytime he loaded the file. Lower your coolant level in the degas bottle, check your stratagy code and make sure the files are for your truck. Easy things first, the kiss rule(keep it simple stupid) was what I was taught. Hope this helps.

Why not just call Eric and tell him what's up and let him tweak the tune instead of just giving up on it
