what gears for a 05 6 speed on 37-13.50 18s

hey guys ne3ed some help i have a 05 f-250 with 6 speed on 37;s I have studs custom sct intake and full 5 inch exhaust system. i tow often and commute 60 miles a day at aroud 65-70 mph. what gears would you get 4.10 4.30 4.56s any help would be great

if you plan on going bigger,...or you tow alot...4.30

I have 41" tires and 4.56 gears.

Did you try the math? New tire height divide by old tire height multiplied by current r&p then depending on what's close go with the higher for towing. I had a Sonoma that I lifted and when I went with the bigger tires went from 3.42's to 4.10's. Then went looking for MPG stepped back down to 3.73's, what a mistake. Didn't notice any difference in MPG and couldn't get the rebuilt with added power to seem like it was doing much for towing.

I'd go for 4.30s for 37s.
