6.0 running doggy

List of mods:
ARP studs
Blue Spring
4in exhaust
SCT itsx- SRL+ tune
38s on 24s

I haven't had any problems until i packed up and moved out to denver CO pulling a 24' trailer 1100 miles. I used the tow tune and had no problems except that i really didn't have the power i needed. It kept shifting and staying at 2100rpms. Now that im here I have the SRL+ tune on and my turbo lag is bad and I roll coal like crazy. ALL the liberal hippes flip me off and zoom away in a smug mood. I enjoy this however i dont like the way my truck is running. Im assuming being in thinner air would cause more black smoke but why such a difference in power?
I need a remedy maybe some advice on new mods?

On another note i am loosing coolant somehow. I brought it in and they said i was loosing it through the EGR.Is that possible?

Please help!

Re: 6.0 running doggy

If anything will help you out it would be to refear your axles to match the tire size, more than likely why it feels weak. It's very possible to leak coolant through the egr, you need to delete it or replace it with one from bullet proof diesel

I agree, I deleted my EGR cooler and now I have constant coolant levels. Did you clean your turbo on the turbine side? If not when you replace the cooler, do it makes a huge difference in power and responsiveness.
