What are you using for tuning?

2004 6.0 ccsb Warren 430/150 hybrids, Warren Comp Trans, Warren Dual Hpop, Billet S475 w/race cover, Marty's A1000 Fuel System, Colt Stage 2, and all the other supporting stuff

Re: trying to hit 475-500 hp

I'd go with 175/30s for the injectors, tuners can pull fuel real easy with that nozzle size. As far as turbos go there are many options out there, I'd probably look into a stage 1 or stage 2 from any of the big turbo builders.

Re: trying to hit 475-500 hp

Shouldn't a set of 155/30's with a stage 1 or 1.5 get you darn close to 500? Would still be safe towing without pulling a bunch of fuel, and you aren't pushing the limits of your stock fuel pump to keep enough fuel supplied.

Tuned by several...depends on my mood for the day.

Re: trying to hit 475-500 hp

155s should get you there but I've seen so many people that wished they went a little bigger. Tuners have no issue with pulling fuel and a stage 1 should get be enough air.

Re: trying to hit 475-500 hp

Really all depends on the daily use of the tuck. Is it a daily driver that tows 16k every once in a while? Or does it tow heavy more often than its just a daily driver? If its being put to work most of the time towing, I'd go 155's. If you only tow every so often, don't be afraid of a 175. Just don't go crazy with tuning with the 175's, or you'll end up with a fried trans too.
