2004 f250 6.0

I have a f250 2004 6.0 it is still stock except for EGR delete. it has 250000 miles on it and I would to to add somethings that would make it have a little more power and better mileage and help me keep another 250000. what suggestions do you guys have?

I had the same setup, totally stock up until I threw a lifter @225k. Only thing I had was a coolant filter which was working as intended. In hind sight, I would have had an oil analysis done to check for metal, it may or may not have saved my engine.

With 250k miles, I think I'd spend the money on replacing worn out parts instead of adding power. You said you want it to last another 250k...just adding power to it won't make it last.
