WOT Problem

I have an 2004.5 f250. I have a problem at WOT. It will kinde of lag then gain power rapidly, then kinde of take off. No problem at 3/4 Throttle. it actually seems to have all its power here. 6 months ago i had my Head studs done, EGR Delete, Turbo cleaned, New glow/ Dummy plugs, Winston Stock Plus injectors, Blue Spring kit, EGR throttle plate delete, Intake manifold and tube done. I am running a IDP Extreem street tune.
I rutuned it to a stock tune and tested injector pressure at WOT.=2500
I then tuned it to the SCT Performance tune and at 3/4 Throttle= around 3500, and as i roll past 3/4 to WOT it drops to 2899-3000. Did not do this test yet with the IDP tune. I think it would be safe to assume that the test would be about the same.
Does anyone have any ideas? or experienced the same problems? Any help would be appriciated.

Re: WOT Problem

You have to measure icp voltage while there's a tune on it because you will get inaccurate readings
