6.0 turbo change/upgrade?

I've got a 2003 f250 6.0 all stock. It's got 187,000 miles. This past weekend I changed the ICP sensor and found some issues with the wiring. So I was like great well at least I found this before it became a major problem! Then I found the wires at the IPR harness damaged. Then I looked closer at my turbo and noticed there is a chip missing out of the compressor wheel. So now do I rebuild the turbo? Replace the turbo with an upgrade or stock turbo?? Can I upgrade the turbo with the truck being stock or is it a waist of time.whats the best turbo to replace this one with?

Do a powermax. Unless you want to spend more money on a custom one like barder and kc. A powermax is 1200$
Barder and kc are the best custom powermaxs out there. They cost a little more but well worth it.

06 f350 white crew cab dually, 225/100 warrens, barder 68, BTS, Fuel lab setup built by tsd, sct tuned by tsd, ppe up pipes,bd exhaust manifolds, secret dual oil kit ,CTS monitor, a lot more extras

01 f350 red extended cab dually, powermax 38r, BTS, cfm, Afe, 6 inch danahoe, tsd 6 pos, a lot more extras.

Up to you if you want to upgrade. Depends on how you use your truck. With that many miles on the turbo. It would be worthwhile to rebuild it.

I'll look into kits to rebuild it once I get it out. It was running ok! But I don't really beat it up much. So I think rebuilding it would be ok if I find the rt priced kit.

Looks like a full rebuild kit with a new wheel will run about 285
