Intermittent stalling. Any opinion appreciated.

I was driving on the hwy the other day and it stalled out on me but was able to fire it right up again. Immediately turned to head back home. And again it stalls out.

Here's what I found, replaced icp, nothing changed. Ipr nothing changed, air tested and found cylinder 6 & 8 o rings done, so I replaced those, no difference. So now I energized with shop air and found no audible leaks in system but problem still persists. But will not refire now after stall without go go juice. (Brake clean) blocked off stc fitting at branch tube to apply air and no leaks either

No codes, ficm voltage ok. Next I will try oxygen cylinder I guess with a lot more psi

Any input is really appreciated. Thank you

Edit: when starts to stall/sputter before stalling icp pressures are drastically dropping / fluctuating. The hpop is new also and no difference

Does it bog down then stall or is it like hitting the key?
