Re: Running dual hpops

I've been running mine for awhile and it makes a big difference in power. I don't know how much of an increase you'll see with 225 bit you should feel some.

Re: Running dual hpops

Well I was running 190/75 then jumped up to 225/100 with dual pumps and wow there was a huge noticeable gain. She's never been on the dyno though.

78 F-150 300 straight 6, 3 on the tree
03 F-250 6.0 Play toy
06 F-250 6.0 (general nightmare) 2.5 pulling truck
12 F-350 6.7 Tow rig

Gotta pay to play son!

Who makes them? Is it a reliable setup?

Not sure how much was gained but my butt dyno felt the increase. Mine has been reliable so far.

Re: Running dual hpops

Do you have any problems with it pulling from the oil pan? As in suction?
Isn't the warren pump a skidsteer pump?

How many miles have you had on those setups? I've heard some of those pumps aren't made to be belt driven

Re: Running dual hpops

You just have to make sure that you prime the pump correctly. I'm working on a low pressure oil pump to feed mine because then I know it always has oil to push.

Re: Running dual hpops

I won't be using warrens pump/setup so I won't have to worry about that design.

That's my main concern is the lpop. But I've heard problems start happening when you go above 4000 rpms. Like 5500 Rpms.

Did yours come with a intercooler pipe? What hp are you sitting at ?
