Hey guys,

Check out our newly released low and high temperature thermostats for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke!



Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Low-Temperature Thermostat, 2003-2007

Product Specs
  • Direct fit for the 20032007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke
  • Lower activation temperature allows coolant to flow through the engine earlier, maintaining lower temperatures (Mishimoto thermostat activates at 185F vs. factory 192F)
  • Ideal for vehicles in warm climates or under extreme towing/driving conditions
  • Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty

I ordered the high temp unit, cost $56.00 and back ordered.

Andy the red words in the OP are links to the price from Mishimoto direct $70 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Low-Temperature Thermostat, 20032007, by Mishimoto

and it's just the tstat not the whole deal with housing like Ford sells for 30 bucks
so you need to swap the parts over

lenz why you go hotter ??

anyone know if these fail to the open position like OEM ?

Like the 7.3 I hope the 6.0 is more fuel efficient with a higher temp thermostat.

i have read that it doesn't work heck even mine has always favored closer to 200 even with a new t stat 194 seems to only be in fair weather no ac

I was thinking of trying the cooler version

Mine usually shows 188-189 while driving. The high temp thermostat is on back order.

If this was from someone else I'd say get a new OEM tstat. Something tells me you have already done that with no luck.
