03 6.0 fuel upgrade

I currently bought a 03 f350 with 6.0 and the guy before me did the deletes and head studs . He also replaced the injectors with 170 cc injectors. Now I'm faced with upgrading my fuel system . I'm looking for so info and the best route I can go to upgrade this .my man factor is doing it right so I don't burn these injectors up

Re: 03 6.0 fuel upgrade

A regulated return will help a lot with the ability to maintain fuel pressure. Also being able to monitor the fuel pressure crucial with a 6.0, I'd be looking at gauges or a monitor that can read the fuel pressure.

2004 6.0 ccsb Warren 430/150 hybrids, Warren Comp Trans, Warren Dual Hpop, Billet S475 w/race cover, Marty's A1000 Fuel System, Colt Stage 2, and all the other supporting stuff

I agree with JGman. I would so some sort of sump and maybe some sort of lift pump setup as well.

If you are dropping to 30 psi under a load you will have injector problems very soon. You should never dry pop a 6.0 injector and at that pressure you
are extremely close.
