need some someones opinion on 6.0 problem

I have a 05 F250 super crew 4x4 king ranch and I have been having a problem with the truck running like #### with no power when it is cold and hot. Everyone told me to get new injectors because my Ficm was checked and it was good. well tonight I went and decided to crank it because it has been sitting for 3 weeks because I have been saving for new injectors. Well when I cranked it up it started fine and ran great when cold and hot and it did not have an issue. I am going to let it sit and crank it in the morning to see if there are any changes but does anyone know of what could have happened because I was informed that if your injectors were going bad it would always run like ####.. any comments would be appreciated.

no smoke, no codes ,no noises. nothing. it has just had no power and ran really rough for the past month when it is cold and hot. I did just buillet proof it a month and a half ago, egr delete, lifters, guides, oil cooler, turbo clean, coolant filter kit, blue spring fuel upgrade, 4 in exhaust from turbo back, cold air intake, new rear main seal, all gaskets including head gaskets up, arp head studs, sct hpop fitings, ips valve fitting, dummy plugs. I have replaced everything with new motocraft parts. basically rstored the top end of the motor.

i would get a scan tool on it to pull codes or pull them with your tuner/programmer if you can. there is so many different things it could be.

Take tuning off for one. Get some type of scanning. Check your fuel pressure and fuel quality.

did they run relative compression if so what was the variation?
did they test ficm cold monitor voltage till it warmed up?
Did they monitor the voltage while driving? If not they did not check the ficm
Did they check fuel pressure @ idle AND wot? if so what was the reading
Did they monitor power balance cold start till it warmed up and under normal driving?

Or did they only pull codes????? If so they didn't check squat!
