Sct trouble!!!

Hello I have a 06 6.0 I had a sct tuner on it an I had the guy that works on my truck program it an well it was programmed good an stuff blew a lot of black smoke if I really got on it but today I have a buddy who wanted to see how it worked on his 03 6.0 so we took mine back to stock put his on strategy tune he drove it likes it put his back to stock an put it back on mine an I can only put it on strategy tune I hit custom tune an it says dealer locator any help would be appreciated. Also there's nowhere near the power it had before

2006 F350 ext cab long bed 6 spd.starting all over on her.general grabber A/T 2 powermax,egr delete,gaskets,sct,mbrp 4" straight pipe exhaust,blue spring kit,glow shift gauges,sinister coolant filtration kit.

how many uses do you have left
you just lost one by using it on you buddies truck and you will loose another putting it on your truck

i wonder if it is out of uses and needs reset for $150 ?

ps do you know what an oxymoron is ?

there is one in here

He shouldnt lose another unlock when he puts it back on his truck because the VIN is already stored on the programmer. i have put mine back to stock many times and didnt use any unlocks when i reprogrammed it again. you only use the unlocks when it detects a new VIN number.

f350powerstroke, he will use another unlock when he reprograms his truck.. because his vin was removed from the programmer when his buddies was tuned.. therefore replacing his own vin with his buds. so it would have been a new vin number. only store 1 vin at a time

Are you crazy dude?!?!? The more black smoke you see, means the truck is making more power... The more power you make in a diesel truck the more black smoke it will blow out. Smoke=Power. I make sure everyone knows I'm making huge power every time I take off from a stop by blowing a huge cloud out.

Black smoke don't mean its broke!
