The Glowshift stuff kinda is hit or miss. I have their fuel pressure gauge and it "freaks out" every once and a while. Effective, yes and when the gauge works right it is accurate. Not bad looking either.
Tranny temp is useless IMO... Fuel pressure, egts, boost and what you can monitor from the insight is a perfect setup
Why is it useless? For a highway queen that is just someone's DD I can see it. But for those of us that tow often I personally think its a necessity. We all know the factory gauge is junk and just takes up space...but I still like the piece of mind knowing I can see what's going on with the trans.

I take that back, I was goin to put unless you tow monster loads then its not useless. I myself don't tow anything so mine just kinda sits there collecting dust lol...but yes OP if you tow heavy, tranny temp would be good to have, if you don't tow, you can get away without it.
