ID Tunes rev it up then it almost dies

2005 6.0 148k mi , I have Innovative tunes currently running street file. Truck runs ok but if I rev in neutral at around 2500 rpm and quickly let off throttle the rpms drop well below 500.. Truck sounds and acts as if it's about to die.. Then catches itself and resumes idling normally. Never seen this before. No codes, fuel pressure averages 59 psi.. FICM is at 48v constant.. What can be causing it to choke?

2005 F250 CC SB SRW 4x4 Build Date 02/05 Diamond eye 4 in DP to a 5 in exhaust, SB Intake, SCT 3015, CTS Insight, Blue spring, Sinister Coolant Filter, CCV Mod, Harley Lights, 138k mi and counting

your idle might be set a little bit low possibly. I would start by setting the tune back to stock and see if it still does it and go from there.
