traction bars vs locker/lsd

So im building my 2wd up soon. looking at around 450hp. I know at this point traction will be an issue. I thought that a truetrac would be the best first option for traction but i read one thread (the only one i could find) and many people said traction bars first?

What is everyone's opinion on this? i will only have money for one or the other =/

Truck will primarily be a street truck, occasional wet grass, not much off roading and if i do it wont be anything crazy.

well from what I've heard and saw on here it's not too difficult to fabricate some traction bars if you know your way around a welding machine(I don't). Just an idea, may help you save money on the bars and buy both.
