Should I upgrade my fuel pump?

So looks like my old fuel pump is dead. Just looking for some ideas on what do.
Should I replace it with a stock unit or upgrade to a air dog 2?

Truck is a 2004 6.0 with 175,000 miles
And has blue spring upgrade

In the future I'm going to get bigger injectors 190cc and bigger turbo.

And feed back would be great

Thanks

Re: Should I upgrade my fuel pump?

I'm almost positive my stock pump could've kept up with these 205s as good and my air dog 2 has, like stated above it is a massive downgrade, especially for the money. Terrible design.

+1 for stock pump. Plumb a lift pump before it.

Re: Should I upgrade my fuel pump?

The air dog 150s have had good success and a low failure rate I would run that, get a sump kit and be done with it, you'll have somthing reliable then.

Re: Should I upgrade my fuel pump?

I run an ad150 inline before stock pump works great... Plus if the ad150 goes down the stock pump will pull thru it and get you home. The benefits to having the ad 150 are the same as the ad2 just no regulator. But the stock pump will only push 65psi I have a regulated fuel return also. I keep it around 62psi feeds my 175/75's just fine zero drop at wot
