What injectors for KC 68MM turbo?

I just ordered a KC 68MM Turbo and I'd like to get the injectors ordered today as well from Warren Diesel. I'm torn between 190/100s and 190/75s. The End goal is to make 600 or more at the rear wheels.

This truck is my daily driver. It's studded, deleted, 58 volt FICM, MBRP 4" turbo back (straight pipe). I don't tow anything with it. It will see occasional 1/8 mile and 1/4 mile racing and playing around on the street. I'm leaning towards the 100's but I would be lying if I said I understand how diesel injectors work. I'm used to dealing with injectors rated in pounds like my lightning so I'm pretty lost seeing 2 numbers on the injector specs..

I'll be buying an S&B intake and a few other things and getting TSD to write me a street and race tune.

What would you guys do? 190/100 or 75s?

Re: What injectors for KC 68MM turbo?

Well, I got too excited and called Warren Diesel and he recommended a 190/75 so thats what I went with. I opted to pay a little extra for a new KC Turbo which is suppose to ship out next week and Warren Diesel said they should be able to get out the injectors next week as well so hopefully the week after next i'll get it all installed. I only have gauges to monitor trans, EGT and boost so I have to buy something to monitor fuel and a bunch of other things for sure now. I think I will probably go with the Livewire

75% nozzles can empty like 240cc of fuel at 4000icp on 2.4ms pulse width. Definitely a big enough nozzle to empty those 190s. Plus you will get better atomization when compared to the 100%.

You should be able to get to 600rwhp no problem. Make sure your stock hpop is holding ICP. A weak pump will kill injection pressure and you will get a big smokey turd.

If your trans is stock...I would start saving for an upgraded one. That's a lot of power to run through stock components.
