Billett wheel in powermax

Today I installed my billet wheel in my Powermax. The throttle response is great . No more lag. I wish it whistled a little more. But overall happy with it.

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

Re: Billett wheel in powermax

Which brand and type of billet wheel did you put in it? And did it lower your EGTs?

If it gets louder after time, then something IS NOT right. More than likely that's a side effect of the rotating assembly being out of balance enough to wear the bearings prematurely and cause the noise. I know these wheels come balanced but it is good insurance to get the rotating assembly balanced when doing a billet wheel install IMO.
