Blue Spring Upgrade

Is it necessary to order the complete kit with cover or can I just order the kit with spring/gasket

i think it just depends on the condition of the little poppet that the spring pushes on (as well as the cover/bolts). i didn't think that came in the kit without the cover... i could be wrong... subscribed!

my uncle said the bolts corroded on his. i believe he went with the whole kit because of that... i'll have to ask him again

You get the cover/bolts if yours is in bad shape.

I saw a video where the cover bolt snapped off due to corrosion.

2003 Excursion 6.0L 4x4 (w/o rear HVAC)
