Sct livewire? Pros and cons?

So I the opportunity to buy a used sct livewire from a buddy who sold
his truck. It is unmarried/unlocked. Just want to see what people think of
the livewire set up. It has no custom tunes or anything.

Also it doesn't have the egt cord but I have an egt sensor that I used with my
Edge juice is there any way I can use that and not buy the 180 dollar sct sensor.
I'm planing on setting up boost, fuel pressure gauges soon it doesn't matter to much if I can't use my egt probe.

I personally prefer the edge CTS for monitoring and in my opinion the EGTs is the most important thing to monitor, almost positive you can't use the same probe unfortunately. I couldn't even use the same probe when I went from my edge juice with attitude to the CTS had to buy a new one. SCT is the only way to go for tunes on a 6.0!
