Re: power hungry performance vs innovative ficm tunes 6.0

I have the innovative tuner it's easy to operate and can be reloaded as many tubes as you want. Just incase you lose you ficm tune Dead battery etc. I did notice a very slight power increase which will vary depending on what ficm you have. About 15 to 30hp where it really helped was throttle response after new turbo install. I give it 2 thumbs up. I'm not sure about the php but I feel like you can only push an electrical part so far before it fails

I have the PHP Gryphon. I like it. I've only switched between the 40 and 80 tunes so far. And I like them. It can be used as a monitor as well.

php for sure, plus they have files for trucks with larger nozzles, which is perfect.

Yup, big difference, in acceleration and spool up. The 80 is fun but more smokey and higher egts. The 40 would be a good choice if you have it flashed by someone and don't have a tuner to change tunes when you want.

The tuner is great to have for sure. You don't have to have your tunes rewritten when running along with FICM tunes.
