All she's got!

What is the maximum hps a 6.0 is gonna be able to get with the biggest injectors and the biggest single turbo you can get for it? Rough estimate anybody? With say 225s? And whatever the biggest turbo you can run without compounds to get the most hps

Thats sort of a loaded question.... There are alot more variables to building a High hp motor than just throwing in some big injectors and a large turbo....

Well are you talking competition only?? Daily Driver?? Towing?? Give us some parameters here.

I am inclined to think that 225s (provided ICP can be maintained) with a MTW Stage 5 and supporting mods will be good for ~700rwhp. I couldnt tell you though if it will be streetable or not. So while this may or may not answer your question, you're gonna need to provide more info if you want a more accurate number.

Well of course it would be my daily driver most of the time with a trip here and there to the track....jw what kinda numbers I could expect if I went all out and got the most bang for the buck! 700 rwhp is pretty good that would turn alot of heads for sure but then again I would probly be satisfied with the 605 you dynoed

Well IMO, I would get 190s or 205s so you dont have to worry about ICP issues. You would be well over 600 rwhp with a turbo like mine or a properly spec'd 66mm non-VGT and it would work just great as a DD.

A powermax and 190s won't put you over 600? Only a nonvgt will?

Your gonna have to run a 68mm modded powermax with 190's to be around 600rwhp. Maybe even a little above it. Or if you can get a stage 3 MTW.

NO a Powermax wont even get you close to 600hp with 190s.

This will put you at high 500s and possibly even allow you to hit 600hp. I dont know. The turbo that I am running is a prototype MTW Stage 3 which has the same size compressor wheel as the 68mm Powermax but it has a larger turbine wheel and either this or 66mm non-VGT would be needed.

I knew a 68 pmax would get you close wasn't sure if it was just shy or just over. I think 225's might be too much for a 66 non vgt too.
