New to programmers, advice please

Hopefully Im not beating a dead horse here but I searched and didnt find much revalant to what Im asking.

I have a 2005 6.0, that is bone stock other than exaust. I want to get a programmer for it and also want to be able to read more of my engine vitals lilke EGT, EOT, and ECT. I was looking at the Preprogrammed livewire from innovative since it could do both for me. Im not looking to run any high horse tunes, just maybe help my MPG's bit and maybe get a little bump up from stock here and there on the weekends. What I want to know is if this is a good choice for my truck. Also, I have a new Ford rebuilt tranny that is under warranty, and if it has any issues, can I put the truck back to stock, as to not void the warranty? Thanks!

I have a livewire and I think it's too big and bulky to use for gauges IMO. You could get the touchscreen from SCT and use it as gauges or you could get the X3 with innovative tunes and buy an edge CTS and run it for gauges. I use my FICM programmer from PHP for gauges right now till I spend the money for a CTS.

If you get the Edge Insight CTS it's a great tool, get the expandable probe so if you want to add more to it down the line plus you can run 8 things at one time. Most are Free shipping over $50
Edge Products Insight CS/CTS #83730 / 83830

Got it in 2 days, ordered on Friday got it on Monday
Things you can add down the line like turbo timer & back up Monitor & fuel pressure, I went with the fuel pressure on the column that way I can read more things plus I have a volt meter in the power port that gives me 10 things to look at.
The Edge accessory system (EAS) was created with future expandability in mind Product Code: EDG98603
