IDP tune struggle

Bought a tune from innovative today and when I went to open the email there was nothing there. Almost as if it disappeared. Wondering how I can get ahold of Eric to settle this or does anyone have advice

Probably be best to email them. Bad thing is looks like you will have to wait till Monday for a response but they are normally quick to respond

Re: IDP tune struggle

Checked the email, the attachment was there. It's probably the email service stripping it. We forwarded the email multiple times... requested the customer check the spam folder. Thanks!

Try zipping the file first, that helps certain file types get past the filters.

We've sent them out zipped, rar'd, etc....usually the .cef works fine, it just may go to the spam once in a while.

Thanks!
