My 6.0 Build

Well here it is, so far i have ordered...

* Powermaxx
* Warren 205/75's
* AFE Stage 2 intake & Elbow
* 5 Inch exhaust
* Airdog 2 with quick disconnect
* Banjo Bolts
* Ford Oil Cooler
* Go Go manifold/EGR delete
* Go Go valve springs & pushrods
* Adrenaline High Output HPOP
* Sinister Coolant filtration kit & Stainless UP pipes
* H - 11 Headstuds & factory gaskets
* PHP 58V FICM with Hercules Tune
* SCT programmer ( tuning still in the air )
* Edge insight CTS with probe/ fuel regulator

Pulling the cab tomorrow getting the heads off and taking them to a local place to get checked out then go from there, i ordered so much #### i cant remember if i listed it all or not, chime in and give me your opinion's on what you agree or disagree with here, even though i already talked to Jesse and Doug both about what i was doing, and they thought it was great! No there isnt any tranmission upgrades at the moment, and no im not running a regulated return, i know thats the first thing someone is going to say! The powermaxx is temp until i buy a different turbo, i know everyone says 190's were borderline and what not but Jesse said it would be fine so im obviously taking his opinion on that. There is no desired goal for HP or torque here, just having fun, so if anyone wants to take a random shot at what this would dyno i would love to know, thanks guy's!

Sounds like an awesome build later on you should swap turbos but that will be a fun setup. I think im going to look at getting some 205s shortly. Goodluck with it!

I would consider a regulated return kit if you havent yet.....j/k!!!

Just there a specific your not running a R/R?

Should be fun!
Good luck and keep us posted with how its progressing!

Very similar to what I am planning other than the injectors.

I say it should be 500-525 with the right tune.

I would not even bother with the pmax then. I have I've but I run it on stock sticks and it does well but 205s? Dang that will get hot, and if you end up having your tuner pull fuel to keep your egts down. You might as well do the same thing with your stock turbo, take the $1k+ that you'll spend on a pmax and thats half the money there to put toward a turbo that will suit your setup better.... But either way she'll run like a bat outta hell!

Yea I'm not getting the reason for the PM either especially if it is just a temp turbo. I would just stick with stock until you figure out which way you are gonna go. I would look at a MTW Stage 2 over a PM. It is only a little more when it is all said and done but would definitely help out in flowing more air than PM could deliver. JMO Best of luck for sure and it sounds like it will really rip when it's done.

06 F350 4x4: Non-VGT 67mm Turbo, WPE Big Oil HPOP, HD 215/85s, Race Ported Intake, NB/Warren Tranny, and some other stuff.... 100k miles and counting....

06 F250 2wd: Stock... EGR delete, Race Ported Intake, and a mild street tune.... Leaking HGs

I'd be saving money for a trans somewhere along the line as well. Sounds like a fun truck.
