It's almost like he changes the strategy to an earlier one

almost all tuners rollback the ecm strategy, its because the earlier strategies are better base files.

wierd cause your tune is suppose to be written to the trucks current strategy. If the tune is written for a different strategy i'm not sure it'll work. I'm currently waiting to have my ECM rolled back to an earlier strategy. And when i do i will need new tunes because my current tunes will not work with the new strategy then.

2004 F-350 SC 4x4 6L....little bit of this...little bit of that

That's what I thought also about the strategies being written to the trucks strategy

there is a list of what strategies can be grouped together and still handle the same tune.

yea i think the first 2-4 have to be the same. after that they can change it to whatever they want. i found this out a long time ago just never though much of it because every time i wanted a new tune chris at TSD would tell me to return to stock before i gave him my strategy

2009 Ford F-350 FX4 4x4, H&S 300HD, MBRP 5" DP back exhaust, S&B intake, sinister egr delete, 4" BDS lift with fox shocks, 20x12 fuel nutz, 37" toyos, Custom painted headlights by me, fusion bumper with rigid led lights

How do you like it, and how much difference is it over your previous tune?

About to run it with 155's and H2O / Meth.
