EGR DELETE question

is sct the only way to remove codes after an egr delete, and are they necessary to remove right away or can it wait for more cash?

Re: EGR DELETE question

On the 05's and up the SCT is the only way I know of. From what I understand the codes its throwing or the cel light doesn't hurt anything if you need to wait to get the SCT. The 03's and 04's don't always throw codes but 05 and up.

Re: EGR DELETE question

Like stated above it will throw a CEL but wont hurt it, even with the SCT it wont ever fully delete the codes, I have my soft codes always in there but no CEL.
