Ford Dealer SUCKs!!!

So I called a Ford dealer this morning just to get a pair of the copper washers that seal the fuel line to the head and was told that they dont sell just the washers anymore and that I would need to buy the whole line with bolt just to get the washers. I was like are you ******* kidding me?? Well of course they were dead serious so does anyone know where I can get these washers at?

Re: Ford Dealer SUCKs!!!

That is about like having to buy the whole wiper assembly to get the small metal insert piece that locks the wiper in place. A small aluminum piece that would be 2-5 bucks verses 18 for the whole thing..

You can order just the copper washers, they must not know what they're talking about. The P/N's are floating around here somewhere. Or just go to Napa, they're just a sealing washer.

Re: Ford Dealer SUCKs!!!

Seems to be a common theme at the dealerships I go to as well. Better off getting them online somewhere. I know I see the 6.4 banjos and copper rings on ebay too. You can always try Sunrise Ford too, I know they sponsor on PSA, not sure about here, never looked. Tousley is another one.
