Drilling out banjo bolts

What size did you drill your banjo bolt holes. I want to do this today or tomorrow and there are no 6.4 bolts up here in alaska. Thanks!

2003 F-250 6.0 FX4 lariat, sct with srl++,swamps ficm, ARP headstuds,4" straight pipe, airaid intake,4 gauge A piller with prosport gauges,boost,egts,tranny, fuel pressure, 4200 pioneer double din,2 mtx shallow 10's, JL 500/1,Fuel hostage black and machined 22x11 with 37x13.5 toyos 5% tint all the way around

I forget what size I used, but I just kept going up in bit size until the bit touched the inner walls.

why drill em out....just go get some 6.4 banjos for bout $15 and be done with it

2005 CC FX4...compounds and everything else that goes with em.

1/4 inch down the middle and 1/8 inch through the small holes on the side.

$15 is worth avoiding the hassle man. I'm in Hawaii so I understand what you mean about finding parts.

check out Tasca.com...or Rockauto. Rockauto had them for under $15 shipped (yes, even us)
